The super-light Ortovox Swisswool jacket for women is filled with Swiss mountain sheep's wool, which, unlike down, does not lose any heat even when wet. The Ortovox Piz Vial Jacket is perfect for sweaty winter sports or as a transitional jacket for leisure time. The wool insulation jacket is also a warmer and, above all, more sustainable alternative to synthetic fiber insulation jackets. The Swisswool padding is biodegradable and offers a more natural and balanced temperature sensation than synthetic insulation. Due to its lightness and small pack size, it is not only perfect for outdoor use, but also as a transitional jacket for leisure time. In alpine use, it can serve as a highly breathable windbreaker on ascents or as a warming middle layer under a hardshell jacket.
