Shipping conditions

The goods are delivered exclusively to the following countries:

European Union
Switzerland
United Kingdom (UK)
Norway (UK)
Iceland


Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

- We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order (free shipping for orders over €30).

- In the case of cash on delivery, there is a cash on delivery charge of €4 per order.


Deliveries abroad:


We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad:

- European Union: 14,90€

( free shipping from an order value of 100,00 € )

- Switzerland, UK, Norway, Iceland: 19,90€

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees are incurred and must be paid by the recipient.


Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 6 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
