Streamwool Hoodie Reversible 400 ♀
This extremely warm merino hoodie for women is a double-sided first layer and can be turned to a smooth or a grooved side depending on the temperature and activity level. With a fabric thickness of 400g/m², the Aclima StreamWool Hoodie is clearly in the top league of warm functional underwear. As a thick first layer, it is a reliable heat base in the layering structure and is therefore not only suitable for winter sports in sub-zero temperatures, but is also the first choice for professional use outdoors, as it provides excellent heat retention even when inactive.
The grooved side worn inwards creates additional warming air cushions and is recommended in this way to achieve maximum heat efficiency. During greater physical exertion, however, the groove structure is turned outwards, creating a larger surface area and thus a suction effect for sweat to the outside (capillary effect). A thinner insert under the armpits also protects against the feeling of overheating. A closable kangaroo pocket at the front can be used to warm hands and thumb loops prevent snow and wind from penetrating the sleeves.
Aclima underwear is inspired by the harsh Norwegian winters. In Norway, people know that compromising on equipment is not a good idea and have always appreciated the advantages of wool. The latest spinning technology and Scandinavian know-how achieve outstanding product quality.
