This fulled finger glove from Ortovox has a supple goatskin trim on the palm that is grippy even in cold weather. The leather also protects against abrasion and makes the fulled glove more durable. The folded brim on the wrist protects against snow in the sleeve and keeps the pulse area nice and warm. The fulled wool keeps snow and moisture out for a long time and is also very wind-resistant. If the Ortovox Swisswool Classic Glove Leather does get wet, the Swiss mountain sheep's wool will still keep you warm.
