The Devold Tuvegga hooded shirt for women is a new innovation on the merino underwear market, as it can be worn on both sides, combining a warm and a cooler side in one piece. Depending on the weather or the intensity of the sport, the merino long sleeve can be adapted to the temperature conditions by turning the side. The smooth side worn inside ensures rapid sweat absorption, as the coarsely ribbed outside then offers a larger surface area (capillary effect) and a channeling effect is developed. If the rib structure is turned inside out, additional air cushions are created and increase the heat output. The already naturally outstanding temperature regulation of merino wool is thus supplemented with further flexibility. The hood also fits under a helmet and the thumb loops protect against snow and cold in the transition to the gloves. There is a thinner merino mesh insert under the armpits and on the upper back to ensure targeted ventilation when carrying a backpack and during heavy exertion.
